Arapahoe Claims Team Runner-Up at Rudy Glur Invite on Friday

Southern Valley hosted the Rudy Glur Invite on Friday, and eight RPAC schools were in attendance. The Arapahoe Warriors claimed the runner-up team trophy; along with that, Hitchcock County finished 3rd, scoring 114 points. And six RPAC wrestlers won individual titles. Check out all the results!

At 106 pounds, Bryton Stalder of Southern Valley had a solid outing, placing 2nd to Corbin Franklin of Atwood/Rawlins County by tech fall. Stalder has a record of 6-2 now.
At 113 pounds, Hayden Helms of Arapahoe wrestled well, placing 3rd over Carson Swanson of Loomis by fall in 0:50. Helms improved his record to 8-2 after the day's end.
At 120 pounds, we had an RPAC vs RPAC battle as Ben Frame of Sutherland faced Bryson Shriver of Alma. Frame defeated Shriver by fall in 1:52. Frame improved his record to 9-2, and Shriver is now 8-4.
At 126, Tayvion Sharp of Alma wrestled Ryder Zimmerman of RCBH for 3rd and 4th place. Sharp ended falling to Zimmerman in 3:47. Sharp's record on the year is now 6-3 after the Southern Valley Invite.
At 132 pounds, Rigley McDonald of Arapahoe battled Cash Campbell of Sedwick County/Fleming. McDonald defeated Campbell by a 10-4 decision and remains unbeaten with a 10-0 record. McDonald has had an impressive season and has been effective.
At 138 pounds, Scotty Anderson of Sutherland faced Phillip Titkemeier of Loomis for 3rd and 4th. This was a battle, and Anderson defeated Titkemeier by a major decision, 14-6. The score doesn't dictate how good an effort both wrestlers put forth. Anderson has a record of 11-1 on the year.
At 144 pounds, Briggs Hill continued his strong season, defeating Brody Patterson of Wilcox-Hildreth by an 8-6 decision to place 1st. This also was a great match to take in as both wrestlers competed at a high level. Hill remains unbeaten with a 10-0 record.
At 150 pounds, Prestin Horwart of Southern Valley did really well at his home invite. He placed 2nd to Calvin Carraher of Franklin by tech fall. Horwart has a 9-2 record on the season, and it will be interesting to see him keep building off of a strong start.
At 157 pounds, Bertrand Viking Rhett Brown faced Gage Rasser of RCBH for 3rd and 4th place. Brown fell in a competitive match to Rasser in 3:24, and Brown now has a record of 7-4.
At 165 pounds, Hayden Lans of Southern Valley faced Dylan Kollmorgan of Hitchcock County. Lans defeated Kollmorgan by tech fall and claimed the title. Lans has a record of 11-1, and Kollmorgan has a 6-2 record.
At 175 pounds, David Bryner of Wauneta-Palisade faced Levi Reichman of Sedwick County/Fleming for the title. Bryner was so solid, defeating Reichmab by fall in 3:48 to improve to an 11-0 record. Jaret Neben of Hitchcock County faced Jacob Jackson of Franklin for 3rd and 4th. Jackson defeated Neben by a 2-1 decision, and Neben placed 4th. His record is 7-3 on the year.
At 190 pounds, Kreyton Wiese of Wauneta-Palisade faced Cauy Meyer of Loomis for the title. Wiese fell to Meyer in 2:55 and has a 10-1 record. Also at 190 pounds, Karson Hubl of Hitchcock County faced Jacob Jezbera of Wilcox-Hildreth for 3rd and 4th. Hubl fell to Jezbera in 4:29, placing 4th with a 6-3 record.
At 215 pounds, we had another RPAC versus RPAC battle as Karson Shuler of Hitchcock County faced Trey Downey of Arapahoe for 1st. Shuler defeated Downey late in the match by fall in 5:40. Shuler improves to 6-1 with the win, and Downey now has a record of 9-2. Colton Koetter of Wauenta-Palisade wrestled Hudson Treffer of Adams Central for 3rd and 4th. Koetter was defeated by tech fall to place 4th. His record is now 5-5 on the year.
At 285 pounds, Jayden Loghry of Hitchcock County fell to Daylan Fairchild of Atwood-Rawlins County in 1:00 to place 2nd. Loghry has wrestled well in the 2025-2026 campaign and has a record of 6-1. Also at 285, Keith Andersen of Sutherland faced Hunter McLeod of RCBH and was defeated by a 5-0 decision. Andersen has also been battling well on the mat and has an 8-4 record.

Alma, Arapahoe, and Bertrand will be back on the mat on December 19th when Alma hosts a quad.
Hitchcock County and Southern Valley will be back on the mat on the 19th as well, when Southern Valley hosts their dual tournament.
Medicine Valley, Sutherland, and Wauneta-Palisade will be at the Sutherland invite on the 19th.
