Fast Friday: RPAC Teams Compete at Medicine Valley

It was a gorgeous day for a track meet. 77 degrees and about a 20mph wind. We can't complain about those conditions for a mid-April track meet in Nebraska. Medicine Valley hosted their home meet in Cambridge on Friday. Let's dive into the results.

Arapahoe and Cambridge will be back in action on Wednesday as they will compete at the Jim Mather Invite at Arapahoe. Hitchcock County, Medicine Valley, Southwest, and Wauneta-Palisade will compete on Wednesday at the Hitchcock County Invite. MHC will be competing at the Midwest Track Classic on Tuesday in Gothenburg.
