Could you ask for any better weather for an early-season cross country race than what seven RPAC schools had on Thursday morning? I don't think so! Alma, Bertrand-Loomis, Hi-Line, Maxwell, Medicine Valley, Southern Valley, and Wauneta-Palisade were all in attendance for the Medicine Valley Invite.

Wauneta-Palisade is in its inaugural cross country season, as they haven't had a program in years past. They found success today in their first races.

Let's dive into the results, beginning with the girls.
