While we have some time between the fall and winter sports seasons, we thought we'd revisit a fun blog concept we did in the summer: a simple question-and-answer blog post. These are fun and a great way for us to engage with RPAC Student-Athletes. This time, we asked Tierston Moore of Alma to answer some questions about sports and competing and, of course, some fun questions.
Q. Pregame ritual or superstition?
A. My pregame ritual is a prayer during the national anthem or before a game.
Q. What does teamwork mean to you?
A. Teamwork to me is everything, because we do amazing things when we work as a team.
Q. How do you make practice fun?
A. To make practices fun I try to be energetic and positive about everything we do, and to always be encouraging to my teammates.
Q. What have you learned about teamwork in your days of playing sports?
A. I have learned that teamwork is what makes or breaks a team, and that the best teams work together to accomplish their one goal.
Q. Best memory of competing?
A. My best memory of competing is just the pregame music sessions we have as a team before a game. It’s a good way to get excited and warmed up.
Q. Favorite sports accomplishment?
A. My favorite sports accomplishments are making First-Team Volleyball and placing a state track.

A. Telekinesis, so I read people’s minds.
