We had the chance to visit with Brody Diefenbaugh, a senior at Hi-Line, and do a fun Q&A with him.
Q. What are you looking forward to going into your senior year?
A. I am most looking forward to football season because I get to play one last season with teammates who I have been friends with and played sports with for pretty much my whole life.
Q. Favorite Sports Memory?

Q. What does leadership mean to you?
A. Leadership to me means someone who is always there for the team and can motivate a team through the lows and keep them focused through the highs. A leader is someone who exemplifies hard work and can bring energy and excitement to the team every day.

Q. Pregame Ritual or superstition?
A. My favorite pregame ritual is to pray as a team before every football game.
Q. Favorite Sports Hero?
A. My favorite sports hero would be Pat Tillman because he gave up his football career to fight for our country, and that takes a lot of selflessness.
Q. What have you learned about teamwork in your days of playing sports?
A. I have learned that true teamwork is to focus on your job and have trust that everyone else around you will do theirs, and everything will come together.

Q. Weird food combination you can’t get behind?
A. No matter what anyone says I cannot get behind pineapple on pizza
Q. Playlists or podcasts?
A. Playlists
