The cross country season kicked off on Thursday, and a majority of the RPAC teams were in action this week. Check out the results below for a full recap of the week.

Dundy County Stratton Invite, 8/27

This is a 3,200-meter race.


Girls Team Results
  1. Chase County - 14

Arapahoe

Natalie Breinig placed 9th with a time of 14:32.69, Alaina Leising placed 12th with a time of 15:09.53, and Elizabeth Magoria placed 15th with a time of 16:40.05. Elena Lee finished 25th with a time of 25:45.68.


Cambridge

Lydia McGowen placed 3rd with a time of 12:35.58. Katie Fegley just missed a medal as she placed 16th with a time of 16:54.37; Kylie Koeppen finished 18th with a time of 17:14.97, and Ruth Harris finished 19th with a time of 17:15.60.


Dundy County Stratton

Molly Spargo placed 10th with a time of 14:48.65. Char Lutz was just on the outside of the medals as she finished 17th with a time of 16:57.53, and Lila Baldeh finished 23rd with a time of 23:16.58.


Hitchcock County

Danica Carney placed 11th with a time of 14:52.10.


Maywood-Hayes Center

Carly Softley placed 4th with a time of 13:44.71, Agneshka Sankey placed with a time of 14:13.80, Ayleen Hernandez placed 13th with a time of 16:03.54, and Ava Messersmith placed 14th with a time of 16:22.39. Cali Rutherford finished 24th with a time of 23:53.72.


Southwest

Kassidy Vaughn finished 20th with a time of 21:55.61, and Ava Rucker finished 21st with a time of 21:55.63.
