Southern Valley earned the #6 seed in Class C2 and took on the #3 seed, GACC during the NSAA State Basketball tournament in Lincoln on Thursday last week. The Eagles trailed 32-30 as they went into the half and caught the momentum in the second half but not enough to overtake the Bluejays as Southern Valley ended their season with a 67-46 loss. Tori Bose led the way for Southern Valley with 15 points while Adi Hunt added 14 points. The Eagles ended their season with a record of 21-4.
