RPAC Softball Results as of 10/3

It was the final week of the softball regular season for the Southern Valley/Alma Saints. They had three games and went 1-2.





They hosted their own Triangular on Tuesday with Chase County and Kearney Catholic. They beat Chase County 12-0. SVA had seven hits and zero errors, and Chase County had zero hits and six errors.





Josa Dunse threw the no-hitter in three innings, allowing just one base runner via walk. She had three strikeouts, too. Eden Johnson was 2-2 with four RBI's and a home run. Josa Dunse was 1-2 with two RBI's. Kaitlyn Bradley, Ava Dunse, and Macy Adams each had an RBI.





The Saints then fell to Kearney Catholic 12-3. SVA had five hits and four errors. Kearney Catholic had 11 hits and three errors. Adams was 3-3 for the Saints. Johnson was 1-1 with two RBI's, and Riley Aerni had an RBI.





In the Saints' final game of the regular season, SVA went to Kearney Catholic and lost 12-2. SVA had one hit and five errors. Kearney Catholic had seven hits and zero errors. Mikah Schultz had the hit and both RBI's. Aerni and Ava Dunse each had a walk.




#4 seed SVA is now 9-16 and will play #1 seed Auburn in the C-9 Subdistrict Tournament. The game is on Monday at 3:00 P.M. CT. GACC is the #2 seed and Centennial is the #3 seed. Winners move on to play in the subdistrict final later that night at 5:00 P.M. CT.
