RPAC Track Results as of 3/22

The track season kicked off on Thursday, the 19th, and we didn't have your usual mid-march weather as most of the area was well over 80 degrees. Nonetheless, track season is underway!

Girls UNK Indoor - Class D, 3/18

There were no team scores were kept for this invite. The RPAC schools in attendance were Arapahoe, Bertrand, Maxwell, Southwest, Sutherland, and Wallace.


In the 200-meter dash, one RPAC athlete placed. Suttyn Shafer of Arapahoe placed 3rd with a time of 28.83.


In the 400-meter dash, Kurri Gosnell of Maxwell placed 3rd with a solid time of 67.90.


In the 800-meter run, there was a duo of RPAC athletes who placed in the top-8. Lachelle Benitez of Maxwell placed 6th with a time of 2:48.67, and Autumn McNierney of Bertrand placed 7th with a time of 2:50.24.


In the 1600-meter run, Kaley Sauser of Wallace placed 3rd with a time of 6:05.18, Ashlyn Wendell of Bertrand placed 6th with a time of 6:18.68, and Baylee Kipp of Bertrand placed 7th with a time of 6:20.81.


In the 3200-meter run, Kipp of Bertrand placed 3rd with a time of 13:55.46, Elliana Robertson of Wallace placed 5th with a time of 14:28.43, and Alaina Leising of Arapahoe placed 8th with a time of 15:44.98.


In the 60-meter hurdles, Ellyana Walkington of Southwest placed 4th with a time of 10.63, and Malia Brown of Bertrand placed 8th with a time of 11.49.


In the 4x400-meter relay, Maxwell placed 4th with a time of 4:43.43, which was run by Benitez, Gosnell, Madelyn Nelson, and Emory Christensen; Wallace placed 6th with a time of 4:45.04, which was run by Mariana Aceves-Lopez, Robertson, Sauser, and Maddison Gartrell; and Bertrand placed 8th with a time of 4:53.23, which was run by Addison Andersen, McNierney, Adrian Sand, and Wendell.


In the 4x800-meter relay, Arapahoe placed 4th with a time of 11:51.86, which was run by Grace Andrews, Meg Hilker, Leising, and Brionna Tracy; and Wallace placed 6th with a time of 12:34.68, which was run by Mollie McConnell, Riggin Ketteler, Rally Ketteler, and Ryleigh Robinson.


In shot put, Clara Hilker of Arapahoe had a nice day as she placed 5th with a toss of 33'2.5".


In high jump, Aspen Billeter of Southwest placed 4th with a jump of 5'0", Christensen of Maxwell placed 5th with a jump of 4'8", and Romalie Williamson of Arapahoe placed 7th with a jump of 4'6".


In pole vault, Alyssa Koch of Southwest placed 3rd with a vault of 9'0", Livia Philips of Bertrand placed 4th with a vault of 8'6", Sand of Bertrand placed 6th with a vault of 7'6", and Leah Harper of Sutherland tied for 7th with a vault of 7'0".


In the long jump, Adlea Hock of Bertrand placed 6th with a nice leap of 14'4.5".


In triple jump, Billeter of Southwest placed 4th with a solid jump of 31'6.5".

In the 60-meter dash, Jahven Reyes of Maxwell placed 1st with a time of 7.20, Thunder Nelson of Bertrand placed 4th with a time of 7.49, and Hayden Sich of Arapahoe placed 6th with a time of 7.53.


In the 200-meter dash, Reyes of Maxwell placed 1st with a time of 25.06, and Colt Gosnell of Maxwell placed 6th with a time of 25.56.


In the 400-meter dash, Jesse Reyes of Maxwell placed 2nd with a time of 55.39, and Rigley McDonald of Arapahoe placed 4th with a time of 55.76.


In the 800-meter run, Tristan Manary of Wallace placed 5th with a time of 2:20.54, and McDonald of Arapahoe placed 6th with a time of 2:20.54.


In the 1600-meter run, Diego Rodriguez of Bertrand placed 3rd with a time of 5:21.35, and Manary of Wallace placed 4th with a time of 5:24.79.


In the 60-meter hurdles, Colt Franklin of Wallace placed 8th with a time of 9.72.


In the 4x400-meter relay, Maxwell placed 4th with a time of 4:01.22, which was run by Jagger Kleewein, Jesse Reyes, Gavin Degarmo, and Cooper Nelson; and Bertrand placed 8th with a time of 4:03.00, which was run by Rodriguez, Brayden Evans, Kellan Vinzant, and Matthew Millers.


In the 4x800-meter relay, Maxwell placed 5th with a time of 10:19.19, which was run by Degarmo, Nelson, Mason Rudd-Torres, and Hunter Schaeffer; and Arapahoe placed 8th with a time of 10:33.77, which was run by Zachary Einspahr, Hunter Larson, Graham Sisson, and Houston Larson.


In shot put, Trey Downey of Arapahoe placed 5th with a toss of 42'8".


In high jump, Kleewein of Maxwell placed 7th with a jump of 5'8", and Bo Truksa of Southwest placed 8th with a jump of 5'8".


In pole vault, the RPAC dominated. Isaac Hernandez of Bertrand placed 1st with a vault of 13'0", Gage Hammond of Southwest placed 2nd with a vault of 12'6", Jackson Saner of Sutherland placed 3rd with a vault of 12'6", Jack Wallace of Sutherland placed 4th with a vault of 12'6", Brody Hammond of Southwest placed 5th with a vault of 11'0", Jonah Saner of Sutherland tied for 6th with a vault of 11'0", and Vinzant of Bertrand placed 8th with a vault of 10'6". It will be fun to watch these guys compete against each other throughout the season.


In long jump, Nelson of Bertrand placed 2nd with a jump of 20'8.5", and Tristan Woolf of Sutherland placed 7th with a jump of 19'2.5".


In the triple jump, Nelson of Bertrand was the lone medalist and placed 4th with a jump of 40'2".

Girls Trojan Relays - Cambridge, 3/19

Cambridge, Dundy County, Stratton, Hi-Line, and Southern Valley attended this relay-style meet.


In the 4x100-meter relay, Hi-Line placed 1st with a time of 54.56, which was run by RiLee Schutz, Bristol Kubert, Marayah Oberg, and Bentley Stubbs; Southern Valley placed 2nd with a time of 56.56, which was run by Payton Adams, Mistica Martin, Hadleigh Wasenius, and Laruen Quinn; and Cambridge places 3rd with a time of 59.45, which was run by Kate Salberg, Briar Gunderson, Regina Pena, and Ruth Harris.

In the sprint medley relay (100-100-200-400), Southern Valley placed 1st with a time of 2:06.91, which was run by Martin, Quinn, Cali Santifer, and Haisley McQuiston; Cambridge placed 2nd with a time of 2:12.23, which was run by Salberg, Gunderson, Weiss, and Harris; and Hi-Line placed 3rd with a time of 2:15.59, which was run by Schutz, O. In the 800-meter run, Chloe Jeffers placed 3rd with a time of good time of 2:43.46.


In the 1600-meter run, Carley Softley placed 1st with a time of 5:52.01, and Agneshka Sankey placed 6th with a time of 6:41.37.


In the 60-meter hurdles, Johnson placed 5th with a time of 11.00.


In the 4x400-meter relay, MHC placed 1st with a time of 4:23.69, which was run by Blayklee Farr, Addison Richards, Paytyn Stengel, and Messersmith.
