We were expecting a "mini-state" meet for the RPAC Invite on Friday, with some records to be broken, but oh my goodness, 16 records were broken. Yes, 16 records! Check out the highlights from that meet and more!

In the 100-meter dash, Katelyn Cook of Hitchcock County placed 2nd with a time of 13.48, and Madysen Carlson of Hitchcock County placed 4th with a time of 13.66.


In the 200-meter dash, Carlson of Hitchcock County placed 3rd with a time of 28.09.


In the 400-meter dash, Carlson of Hitchcock County placed 5th with a time of 69.00.


In the 800-meter run, Delaney Evans of Medicine Valley placed 7th with a time of 3:02.55.


In the 100-meter hurdles, Oakley Stout of Medicine Valley placed 4th with a time of 18.50.


In shot put, Asia Homma of Hitchcock County placed 7th with a throw of 30'2.5" and in discus, Homma placed 2nd with a toss of 98'8".


In high jump, Cook of Hitchcock County tied for 6th with a jump of 4'4".


In long jump, Carlson of Hitchcock County placed 1st with a jump of 14'10".

In the 100-meter dash, Brody Hubl of Hitchcock County placed 3rd with a time of 11.76, and in the 200-meter dash, Hubl placed 4th with a time of 24.01.


In the 400-meter dash, Henry Shoemaker of Cambridge placed 5th with a time of 56.50.


In the 800-meter run, Jayce Hauxwell of Hitchcock County placed 3rd with a time of 2:07.54.


In the 3200-meter run, David Peasley of Hitchcock County placed 6th with a time of 13:02.19, and Shya Gudaitis of Medicine Valley placed 7th with a time of 13:14.77.


In the 110-meter hurdles, Samuel Hare of Hitchcock County placed 5th with a time of 19.41.


In the 300-meter hurdles, Braxton Mitchell of Cambridge placed 6th with a time of 48.90, Hare of Hitchcock County placed 7th with a time of 49.02, and Avery Thiessen of Hitchcock County placed 8th with a time of 49.23.


In the 4x400-meter relay, Hitchcock County placed 2nd with a time of 3:49.72, which was run by Hauxwell, Thiessen, Hubl, and Jaret Neben.


In the 4x800-meter relay, Cambridge placed 1st with a time of 9:02.98, which was run by Braden Sandfort, Russell Norton, Brady Ahlemeyer, and Gavin Gunderson; and Hitchcock County placed 2nd with a time of 9:24.19, which was run by Hauxwell, Thiessen, Neben, and Issaac Vrbas.


In shot put, Jayden Loghry of Hitchcock County placed 3rd with a toss of 43'2.25", and Lucas Einspahr of Medicine Valley placed 7th with a toss of 40'7.25".


In discus, Adam Kisker of Hitchcock County placed 1st with a toss of 142'1", and Karson Shuler of Hitchcock County placed 5th with a toss of 116'6".


In high jump, Jaret Neben of Hitchcock County tied for 5th with a jump of 5'4", Thiessen of Hitchcock County placed 7th with a jump of 5'4", and Mitchell of Cambridge tied for 8th with a jump of 5'2".


In long jump, Hubl of Hitchcock County placed 1st with a jump of 19'7.5".


In triple jump, Payton Newcomb-Snyder of Medicine Valley placed 4th with a jump of 38'6.25", and Roy Hoelscher of Cambridge placed 8th with a jump of 36'5".

Adi Hunt of Southern Valley set a new RPAC Meet Record in the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.23.



Clara Spargo of DCS set a new RPAC Meet Record in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.08.


Spargo set a new RPAC Meet Record and broke her own Class D State Record in the 400-meter dash with a time of 55.94. The State Record is pending certification from the NSAA.



Addison Richards of MHC set a new RPAC Meet Record in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:23.56.


Ashley Robertson of Wallace set a new RPAC Meet Record in the 1600-meter run with a time of 5:30.72.


Robertson of Wallace set a new meet record in the 3200-meter run with a time of 11:49.97.



In the 100-meter hurdles, Tierston Moore of Alma broke her own school record with a time of 15.27.


Abi Spargo of DCS set a new RPAC Meet Record in the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 45.12. Ellaray Koch of Hi-Line set a new school record in the 300-meter hurdles. Anastasia Galleogos of Southwest also set a new school record.




Dundy County Stratton set a new RPAC Meet Record in the 4x100-meter relay with a time of 51.03, which was run by Emily Schack, A. Spargo, Emma Baldeh, and C. Spargo. Southwest set a new school record with a time of 51.77.

Hi-Line also set a new school record in the 4x100-meter relay.



Arapahoe set a new RPAC Meet Record in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 4:10.23, which was run by Sawyer Shafer, Ruby McCune, Suttyn Shafer, and Desi Farner.



Maywood-Hayes Center set a new RPAC Meet Record in the 4x800-meter relay with a time of 9:53.90, which was run by Reagan Stengel, Karissa Stengel, Caylie Softley, and Richards.



Kennedy Bailey of Dundy County Stratton set a new RPAC Meet Record in shot put with a throw of 43'1" and the discus with a toss of 136'1".


In pole vault, Taytum Roskop of Arapahoe set a new school record with her vault of 8'10", and Ellaray Koch of Hi-Line set a new school record.

In the 100-meter dash, Will Cacy of Arapahoe set a new school record with his time of 11.08.

Will Cacy of Arapahoe set a new RPAC Meet Record in the 400-meter dash with a time of 49.49.


Dundy County Stratton set a new RPAC Meet Record in the 4x400-meter relay, which was run by August Shaw, Blaine Aldridge, Kevin Garvia, and Ethan Latta; and Arapahoe set a new school record with a time of 3:31.96, which was run by Hayden Sich, Alex Diaz, Grayson Koller, and Will Cacy.




Ethan Latta of Dundy County Stratton set a new RPAC Meet Record in high jump with a jump of 6'6".


Zavier Mitchell of Alma set a new RPAC Meet Record in the long jump with a jump of 21'8".
