New Faces to Lead Wallace Boys Basketball Team
The Wallace Wildcat boys basketball team, under the direction of Head Coach Eric Miller, will be looking for some new faces to lead the way. Last year this team went 12-10 and return a pair of starters from that team. Seniors Trey Robertson, senior, nine points, five rebounds, three assists, and three steals last year, and Kyler Flaming, senior seven points, and four rebounds last season.
Miller had this to say about this year's team. "We will be a new look team, graduating players who have played for three to four years in varsity games. We will have good speed and athleticism.."
Wallace will start the year on Friday, December 2nd at Maywood-Hayes Center.
Wallace Girl's Basketball Squad Looks to Grow in 2022-2023
Following a 13-10 season in 2021-2022, the Wallace Wildcats will look to build off of last year with a number of returning players. Head coach Shawn Sullivan says his group is looking to grow from last year's success. "We return most of our team from last year so looking to continue to grow and build our success from last season," said Sullivan.
Karlie Finley is a three-year letter winner, who was an RPAC West First team member after averaging nine points, 11 rebounds, and two steals per game last year. The senior will be one of the top players in the conference.
