Cambridge won at home on Parent's Night in a rivalry matchup against Arapahoe. It was one of our games of the week. Check out the story here.
Hitchcock County spoiled homecoming for the Bertrand Vikings on Friday night with a big win of 78-8. The Falcons built. a huge margin as they led 46-0 at halftime and never looked back. Hitchcock County is now 5-0 and Bertrand is 1-4.
Maywood-Hayes Center fell to Loomis on Friday night 42-28. Hayden Kramer again had a solid game with 241 yards and two touchdowns. The Wolves are now 3-2
Maxwell took down Hemmingford in a big way and they improve to 3-2 on the season now.
Paxton lost this week to Arthur County 60-30. They remain winless in 2022. Head coach of the Tigers, Scott Jorgensen had this to say about the loss, "I was very pleased with the overall effort from the boys tonight. They played with grit and determination the whole game. We need to continue this into the next four games."
Southern Valley took on a solid Hi-Line team and fell 48-26. The Eagles are searching for their first win of the season too as they are now 0-5.
Wallace has had a tough schedule this year as Class D6 is excellent this season. They fell to Brady 32-12. Kyler Flaming had two catches for 46 yards and a touchdown for the Wildcats.
Southwest faced off against Wauneta-Palisade which was touted as one of the top games in D6. Southwest won big 58-21 in one of our games of the week. Check out the story here.
