#1 Dundy County Stratton and #2 Cambridge Advance to Tuesday's RPAC Championship Game

On Monday evening, #1 Southwest hosted the East consolation and semifinal matches while #1 Dundy County Stratton hosted the West consolation and semifinal matches. Tuesday's brackets are now set and ready to roll. Let's recap Monday nights matches.
West Matches
The Broncos swept Paxton with set scores of 25-18 and 25-21 to win the match, 2-0.
Maxwell took the first set over Hitchcock County with a set score of 25-21, but the Falcons took sets two and three with set scores of 25-21 and 25-19 to win the match, 2-1.
Dundy County Stratton took set one 25-14, but Maywood-Hayes Center took the second set 25-21 to even the match at 1-1. The Tigers then took the next two sets with set scores of 25-11 and 25-21 to win the match, 3-1, and advance to the Championship match on Tuesday. The Wolves will play in Tuesday's consolation match.
East Matches
Southern Valley swept the Bulls, 2-0, with set scores of 25-14 and 25-23.
Alma took the first set over Arapahoe with a set score of 25-20. Arapahoe bounced back to take the second set 25-21 to tie the match at 1-1, but the Warriors took the third set 25-21 to win the match, 2-1.
Cambridge took the first two sets over Southwest with set scores of 25-19 and 31-29. Southwest took the thrid set to stay alive with a set score of 25-20. The Trojans bounced back and took the fourth set 25-19 and won the match, 3-1 to advance to Tuesday's Championship match and Southwest will play in the consolation match.
Tuesday's Matches
#1 Southwest will face #2 Maywood-Hayes Center in the Consolation match at the McCook Community College Graf Events Center at 5:30 P.M. CT.
#2 Cambridge will face #1 Dundy County Stratton in the Championship match following the consolation match at 7:00 P.M. CT.
