Here at the RPAC Rundown, we decided to try something new. Wrestling honors. Before you scroll and see the honorees, we ask that you read the criteria on how honors were decided.

First, as with anything, there is a trial process. We partnered with our friends at the Valley Voice, Cody Gerlach, as he has a good pulse on wrestling.

This is something we see evolving, and we hope it does. You have to start somewhere, and with his huge help and considerations, this is where we landed. So we ask for your patience as we try this out for the first time.

This was extremely difficult to do. Many wrestlers were so close to qualifying for these honors.

How Were the Honors Decided?

  • We partnered with the Valley Voice to establish criteria and standards to earn RPAC Rundown All-Conference Honors

  • For boys, to be considered, they had to have a winning record, and then wrestlers had to achieve 2 of the 3 categories to earn honors:

    • Earned a medal at any five meets. Dual Invites did not count for medals.

    • RPAC Medalist

    • State Qualifier

  • For girls, wrestlers had to qualify for state.

    • This was the lone criterion due to the disparity in the number of tournaments schools participate in on the girls' side.

So, we present you the 2025-2026 RPAC Rundown Wrestling Honors.
