RPAC CROSS COUNTRY RESULTS AS OF 10/2


RPAC teams had a busy week as a majority of the team competed in meets on Monday and then again at the end of the week. See all results from the week below.


UNK Invite 9/26

  • Alma—Griffin Stemper paced the Cardinals as he was able to finish the course in 25th with a time of 18:54.48. Alma finished 10th with 145 points. Harper Fennel finished 57th with a time of 25:05.32.

  • Bertrand—Marcus Hernandez led the Wolfkings as he finished 17th with a time of 18:19.54. The team placed 11th with 151 points. Addison Hansen led the girls with a 106th place finish and a time of 26:54.03. The team finished 27th with 303 points.

  • Cambridge—Gavin Gunderson placed 84th with a time of 20:36.42. The team finished 27th with 260 points. Rachel Harris finished 27th with a time of 22:59.93. The team finished 12th with 139 points.

  • Dundy County-Stratton—Lizabeth Cardoza placed 66th with a time of 25:26.35.

  • Hitchcock County—Landon Tines finished 118th with a time of 21:20.54. The team finished 33rd with 347 points. Bailey Hidy placed 111th with a time of 27:03.75.

  • Maxwell—Elio Nila placed 92nd with a time of 20:51.86. Keiliah Curtis placed 129th with a time of 28:32.05. The team finished 29th with 324 points.

  • Maywood-Hayes Center—Victoriah Deaver placed 131st with a time of 28:35.88.

  • Medicine Valley—Kael Garrett had a great race finishing 7th with a time of 17:48.07. The team finished 21st with 208 points.

  • Southern Valley—Isaac Hamilton placed 185th with a time of 23:21.68. The team finished 41st with 513 points. Laurel Stadler finished 136th with a time of 28:45.68. The team placed 30th with 340 points.

  • Southwest—Cole Barnett had a solid performance with a 33rd place finish and a time of 18:53.00.

  • Wallace—Trey Robertson raced at UNK but not with the other RPAC schools in the Class D race. Trey ran in the Class A race. He placed 18th with a time of 17:04.95 which would have placed him 1st in the Class D race as the winning time came from Mason McGregger from Perkins County with a time of 17:12.20. Ashley Robertson placed 17th with a time of 22:12.39 while Ryleigh Hanson wasn’t too far behind as she placed 22nd with a time of 22:49.29. The team finished 5th with 61 points.

Gothenburg Invite 9/29

  • Arapahoe—Campbell Schutz placed 44th with a time of 20:30. The team placed 13th with 228 points. River Einspahr placed 43rd with a time of 26:30.

  • Cambridge—Gavin Gunderson placed 48th with a time of 20:52. The team finished 13th with 234 points. Brenna Deterding placed 9th (23:05), Rachel Harris 10th (23:06), and Kori Koeppen 11th (23:07) for a 3rd place team finish with 66 points.

  • Dundy County-Stratton—Lizabeth Cardoza placed 38th with a time of 25:52.

  • Hitchcock County—Kade Thiessen finished 59th with a time of 21:52. Calista Carney finished 15th with a time of 26:34. The team finished 12th with 199 points.

  • Maxwell—Elio Nila placed 63rd with a time of 22:25. Keiliah Curtis placed 32nd with a time of 25:11. The team finished 11th with 188 points.

  • Medicine Valley—Kael Garrett placed 11th with a time of 18:52. The team finished 9th with 170 points.

  • Paxton—Rylin Johns placed 41st with a time of 20:25. The team finished 11th with 210 points. Ainsley McConnell placed 20th with a time of 23:43. The team finished 8th with 146 points.

  • Wallace—Trey Robertson placed 1st with a time of 17:18. Ashley Robertson placed 5th (22:40) and Dajana Garrison placed 7th (22:51).


Fort Kearney Conference 9/30

Bertrand-Loomis competed at the FKC Invite on Friday at the Overton golf course. Loomis belongs to the Fort Kearney Conference and because they are consolidated with Bertrand, they participate in this conference meet as well.

  • Bertrand-Loomis—Marcus Hernandez placed 2nd (18:24.26), Wes Trompke placed 8th (19:17.02), and Carter Horner placed 14th (21:04.38). The team placed 2nd with 24 points. Addie Hansen placed 13th with a time of 25:34.19. The team placed 5th with 50 points.


The RPAC schools will prepare for their conference meet which will be held on Thursday, October 6th at 4 P.M. in Cambridge at Cross Creek Golf Links. The meet is hosted by Hitchcock County. Stay tuned for results and photos from the meet!
