RPAC teams competed at their respective district meets this last week all with the same goal, punch their tickets to the state meet in Omaha this week. While we believe that the D-7 and D-8 Districts quite possibly could have been among the toughest, RPAC athletes found success. Let's dive right into the results. In the 100m dash, Jocelyn Cheek of Maxwell placed 4th with a time of 13.52, Jaleigh Hanson of Paxton placed 7th with a time of 14.16, and Jenna Miller of Maxwell placed 8th with a time of 14.28.
In the 200m dash, Jordan Clouse of Paxton placed 5th with a time of 29.21.
In the 400m dash, Clouse of Paxton placed 5th with a time of 66.46 and Hansen of Paxton placed 7th with a time of 67.49.
In the 800m run, Jacelyn Jorgensen of Paxton placed 3rd with a time of 2:35.65 and CeAnn McIntosh of Maxwell placed 5th with a time of 2:37.33.
In the 1600m run, Jorgensen of Paxton placed 2nd with a time of 5:57.19 and qualified for state. Madelyn Nelson of Maxwell placed 4th with a time of 6:08.49 and Keliah Curtis of Maxwell placed 5th with a time of 6:09.46.
In the 3200m run, Natalie Jorgensen of Paxton placed 5th with a time of 13:55.61.
In the 4x100m relay, Maxwell placed 3rd with a time of 53.29 and was run by Emory Christensen, Kristyn Cheek, McIntosh, and J. Cheek.
In the 4x800m relay, Paxton placed 3rd with a time of 10:36.79 which qualified them for state; that relay was run by Hansen, Ella Fote, N. Jorgensen, and J. Jorgensen. Maxwell placed 5th with a time of 11:09.95 and was run by McIntosh, Tori Quick, Nelson, and Madelyn Flock.
In shot put, Audrey Holm of Paxton placed 3rd with a throw of 38'4" and Reece Glinn of Paxton placed 6th with a throw of 35'3.75", and both qualified for state. Emmalee Nicholson of Paxton placed 7th with a throw of 33'11.5".
In discus, Holm of Paxton placed 2nd with a toss of 121'6" and qualified for state. J. Jorgensen of Paxton placed 7th with a toss of 106'.
In high jump, Aspen Vanhorn of Maxwell placed 6th with a jump of 4'5".
In pole vault, Hansen of Paxton placed 2nd with a vault of 8'6" and qualified for state. Eva Crowley of Paxton placed 5th with a vault of 7'6".
In long jump, Christensen of Maxwell placed 4th with a jump of 15'2.75"
In triple jump, Christensen of Maxwell placed 4th with a jump of 32'9.5".

In the 800m run, Kamryn Scott placed 2nd with a time of 2:27.44 and qualified for state.
In the 1600m run, Harper Fennel placed 5th with a time of 6:19.72.
In the 3200m run, Fennel placed 5th with a time of 13:48.02.
In the 100m hurdles, Tierston Moore set a new school record time of 15.31 with a 1st-place finish and a trip to state.
In the 300 hurdles, Moore placed 1st with a time of 49.56 and qualified for state.
In the 4x100m relay, Alma placed 7th with a time of 58.66 and was run by Elizabeth Dubbs, Kamri Neal, Samantha Stone, and Kaitlyn Bradley.
In the 4x400m relay, Alma placed 2nd with a time of 4:25.81 and was run by Chayse Molzahn, Moore, Scott, and Addison Siebels.
In the 4x800m relay, Alma placed 7th with a time of 11:27.37 and was run by Dubbs, Fennel, Molzahn, and Siebels.
In high jump, Molzahn placed 4th with a jump of 5'0".
