DCS Tigers Take Home the Team Title, Hitchcock County's Jack Baker Wins Third Straight RPAC Individual Championship

On Thursday, April 30th, 2026, the RPAC Golf Invite took place in Curtis at Arrowhead Meadows Golf Course. It was a brisk day, not too windy, and the course played tough. The Dundy County Stratton Tigers took home the team title at the RPAC Golf Championship, their first-ever.
Jack Baker of Hitchcock County had an excellent day and won his third straight RPAC Championship. This is the fourth straight season a Falcon has won the RPAC Title, Brayden Melchert won it in 2023.

For the Cardinals, they were the runners-up with a 352. Crew Bennett shot an 85 and finished 7th. Titus Epp took 8th with an 87. William VanBoening placed 11th with an 89, Grady Faimon took 15th again this year and shot a 91. Mason Gesick shot a 99 and finished 26th.

Arapahoe
Arapahoe shot a 430 as a team. Briggs Hill shot a 99 for the Warriors and finished 25th. AJ Roush shot a 105, finishing 30th, Taydem Zodrow shot a 109 and finished 38th, Drew Hermes shot a 117 and finished 49th, and Ryder Dyer shot a 133 and finished 65th.
Bertrand
The Vikings finished with 410 as a team. Scott Bieker shot a 94 and finished 18th, Payton Way finished 19th and had a 96, Hunter Nelson shot a 106 and finished 32nd, Dylan Hock had a 124 and finished 58th, and Ryker Schroeder shot a 114 and finished 47th.

Cambridge
The Trojans shot a 382 and finished 3rd. To get that 3rd place finish as a team, they had to playoff against Hitchcock County. The Trojans won the team playoff. Micah Gerlach took home his fourth RPAC medal and shot an 84 and placed 4th. Graham Shoemaker shot a 97 and finished 22nd, Carter Shoemkaer shot a 99 and finished 27th, and Maverick Webb and Hodge Raburn each shot a 102, placing 28th and 29th.
Dundy County Stratton
The Tigers had an excellent day, taking home the team title and shooting a 347. Owen Mathews had a day; he shot an 83 and finished 3rd. Dante Horner placed 6th with an 85, and Breck Horner shot an 87 and finished 9th. Austin Sydow finished with a 92, just outside of medaling, and placed 16th, and Jack Johnson shot a 111 and finished 43rd.
Hi-Line
The Bulls shot a 441 as a team. Karter Tilson took 13th with a strong outing, a 91. Hunter Kugler shot a 107 and finished 33rd, Carson Saunders a 123 and finished 57th, Mason Schwarz a 120 and finished 53rd, and Bladen Williams a 133 finishing 66th.
Hitchcock County
The Falcons finished 4th with a 382. Jack Baker, now a three-time champion, finished with a 75. Brayden Melchert shot a 90 and finished 12th. Cale Graham shot a 106 and finished 31st, Grady Erickson a 112 and finished 44th, and Dylan Kollmorgen a 111 and finished 42nd.

The Wolves shot a 495. Landon Littrell shot a 114 and finished 46th, Oliver Anders finished with a 122 and placed 56th, Easton Gilmore shot a 128 and placed 62nd, and Colton Koetter finished with a 131 and finished 64th.
Medicine Valley
The Raiders finished with a 498. Tyler Bantam shot a 110 and finished 40th, Lucas Einspahr a 118 and finished 51st, Alex Einspahr a 130 and finished 63rd, and Ethan Brown a 140 and finished 67th.
Paxton
Tristen Hebblethwaite had a solid day with a 91 and finished 14th. Griffin Perlinger shot a 97 and finished 20th. Gauge Florom shot a 108 with a 36th place finish, Thomas Jay a 118 and finished 50th, and Keegan Florom a 121 and finished 55th.
Southwest
The Roughriders finished with a 396. Houston Billeter had an excellent day, finishing as the RPAC Runner-up and shooting an 83. Dylan Cornwell just missed out on medaling with a 92 and finished 17th. Brett Blume shot a 109 and finished 39th, Alex Lashley shot a 120 and finished 54th, and Jaxton Payton shot a 112 and placed 45th.
Southern Valley
The Eagles finished with a 435. Jace Hammond was solid with an 88 and placed 10th. Xander Sherwood shot a 107 and finished 34th, Jacob Rice shot a 116 and finished 48th, Johnny Eakins shot a 124 and finished 59th, and Kelby Ludeke shot a 125 and finished 60th.

For Sutherland, they shot a 411. Easton Smith shot a 97 and finished 21st, Teagan Fitzpatrick shot a 98 and finished 23rd, Reid Dempcy finished with a 108 and placed 37th, Kiad Hogan had a 110 and finished 41st, and Keigan Keshner shot a 108 and placed 35th.
Wallace
Wallace finished with a 428. Micah Garrison had a big day, shooting an 84 and placing 5th. Tyson Sullivan shot a 98, Ethan Suaser shot a 119, Teegan Kelley shot a 127, and Stetson Ayers shot a 154.
